Refund Policy & Enrollment Information

If a student withdraws before the course start date, she/he will be given a program credit less a $20 withdrawal fee per class and less the materials fee if applicable. There will be no refunds or credits for single session classes, no shows and cancellations less than 48 hours before the class start date. Material/food fees are not refundable and will be deducted from any credit due.

Withdrawals and changes must be made in writing.


Wilton Senior Citizens, 62 years of age or older, may take up to 2 senior-discount designated courses free of charge (except off-site classes, ballroom dance lessons, computer, Ed2Go, Fork, Knife, Spoon Cooking, Tennis with Coach Yvonne and weight loss/nutrition/sleep classes). Classes must meet minimum numbers. Please call our office one week prior to the class start date to check on senior registration availability.

*Wilton senior citizens pay a discounted registration fee of $5 per semester. All supply materials fees apply.

Out-of-Towners:  A $10 non-resident fee is charged for one and two session courses; $15 for courses with more sessions, as per the course description.

Registration Fee:  A $10 registration fee is payable once per semester; $5* for Wilton seniors. Registration fees are non-refundable unless WCE cancels a class.
