Preserve nature’s bounty to enjoy throughout the year. We’ll focus on ingredients many people grow in their own gardens and are easy to find in the local area.We’ll make an Apple Pie Filling that can be used to fill pies, or simply eat with a scoop of ice-cream, and a versatile Tomato Sauce which can be used as a pizza sauce, or as an ingredient in your soups and stews. Food fee, payable to the instructor, is $15.
