Have you heard of preserved lemons? They have been around for centuries and the process is easy and can add so much to our side dishes and mains just in time for Spring. Lemon shrubs are drinking vinegars made for cocktails and mocktails.
In this hands-on class, we'll be infusing citrus and learning how to make a fruit shrub for any season.
You'll leave with one jar of preserved lemons and one bottle of lemon shrub.
A materials fee, payable to the instructor, is $15.
