The American Heart Association recommends we consume at least two servings of fish a week, particularly fatty fish. However, most people don’t include fish this often into their meal planning. Come “dive into” the culinary versatility of fish and explore the many health benefits. Participants will experiment with various techniques of preparing fish, learn which fish are the healthiest to eat, and discover just how quick and easy delicious fish dishes can be to prepare. Salmon will be used in one class; cod or haddock in the other class depending on market availability.
A materials fee, payable to the instructor, is $24 ($12 for each class).
