Food markets today are filled with a variety of ancient grains such as kamut, farro, freekeh, red quinoa, millet, etc., many which are gluten-free. Do you ever wonder what they taste like and how to incorporate them into your diet. Explore the variety of textures, flavors and health benefits these whole grains have to offer. Learn how easy it is to assemble a nutritious and delicious “grain bowl”, as well as prepare an appetizing main dish from scratch incorporating an ancient grain.

A materials fee, payable to instructor, is $24.
