Wild Yeast Sourdough Baking at Wave Hill Breads Bakery CS08
Learn the history and health benefits of eating sourdough bread. Participants will have hands-on training in the making of our Wild Yeast Sourdough, a bread made from naturally occurring yeast and bacteria in the flour. There's no yeast, no milk, no oils, and no sweeteners. It's as natural as you can get. While the loaves are proofing, master baker Tim Topi will demonstrate how to make a 4 ft. Roman Focaccia and turn it into an elegant pizza for all to share.
A materials fee, payable to Wave Hill Breads, is $25.
