Learn to make artisanal jams just like Nonna used to make! We’ll make and preserve Roasted Tomato Jam & either Fig Jam with Lemon or Italian Plum with Amaretto depending on the best produce available. Many hands make short work in this fun, hands-on class. Takeaway 1 jar of each recipe with custom labels and a materials packet with recipes and instructions to DIY at home.

A materials fee, payable to the instructor, is $20.
