Cancellation Policy

Adult Classes

Cancellation Policy: Student initiated cancellations will result in a WCE credit less a $20 withdrawal fee. Material/food fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for no shows or cancellations less than 48 hours before the class start date. This is also applicable for private lessons. Refunds will only be issued for classes cancelled by WCE. Please allow four to six weeks for check refunds to be processed.

Kids Classes

Childcare

Contract Changes:

  • All contract changes require dated, written notification including student’s name, program name and requested change date.
  • All contract changes will incur a $100 administrative fee, except a transfer of days.
  • Beginning Tuesday, August 1 reductions will also incur a two (2) week fee, effective from the change date, at the current tuition rate.
  • A reduction of days can be effective immediately.
  • An increase in the number of days and resulting in an increase in tuition require two (2) weeks notice. Tuition changes are effective on the planned change date.
  • Changes involving a transfer of days only (no reduction or addition) require two (2) weeks advance notice.
  • All changes are subject to space availability.

Contract Cancellations:

  • All contract cancellations require dated, written notification including the student's name, program name, and requested withdrawal date. 
  • All contract cancellations will incur a $100 administrative fee. 
  • Beginning Tuesday, August 1 contract cancellations will also incur a four (4) week fee at the current tuition rate from the last day of attendance.
  • The withdrawal date is the last day of scheduled attendance. 
  • If there is a refund due, a check from the Town of Wilton will be issued.

Enrichment & Activities

Parent-initiated cancellations will result in a WCE credit less a $35 withdrawal fee per student per class. Materials fees are non-refundable. No credit or refund will be issued 5 business days before the start of class. No credit or refund will be issued after the session begins. There are no credits for no shows. Refunds will only be issued for classes cancelled by WCE. Request to withdraw from a class must be submitted in writing to info@wiltoncontinuinged.org.

Music

Cancellation Policy: Parent-initiated cancellations of an entire series of lessons must be submitted 10 business days prior to the start of lessons and will result in a WCE credit less a $35 withdrawal fee. No credit or refund will be issued after a series of lessons begin. Request to withdraw from a class must be submitted in writing via email to conservatory@wiltonps.org

Summer Cancellation Policy: A parent/student initiated cancellation will result in a loss of that lesson unless Wilton Continuing Education is able to reschedule the lesson during the session, teacher schedule permitting. No shows cannot be made up and no program credit will be issued. Cancellation of an entire series of lessons must be submitted 10 business days prior to the start of lessons and will result in a WCE credit less a $35 withdrawal fee. No refund or credit will be issued once lessons begin. Request to withdraw from lessons must be submitted in writing via email to conservatory@wiltonps.org.

Girls Gymnastics

Cancellation Policy: Parent-initiated cancellations will result in a WCE credit less a $35 withdrawal fee per student. There are no cancellations or transfers less than 5 business days before the start of class. There are no credits for no shows. No credit or refund will be issued after the session begins. Refunds will only be issued for classes cancelled by WCE. Request to withdraw from a class must be submitted in writing via email to info@wiltoncontinuinged.org.

Summer
