Enrichment Policies & Procedures

Registration ends the Wednesday before the sessions begin. Registrations received after this date will be accepted if there is space. Program fees are not prorated after the session begins. A $20 late registration fee will apply per program.

Cancellation/Program Change Policy

Parent-initiated cancellations will result in a WCE credit less a $35 withdrawal fee per student per class. Materials fees are non-refundable. No credit or refund will be issued 5 business days before the start of class. No credit or refund will be issued after the session begins. There are no credits for no shows. Refunds will only be issued for classes cancelled by WCE. Request to withdraw from a class must be submitted in writing to info@wiltoncontinuinged.org.

School Closing, Delayed Opening or Early Dismissal

If schools are closed, have a delayed opening or are dismissed early, ALL Enrichment Programs, including Gymnastics, are cancelled for that day. Make-up classes are added to the end of the session.

Procedures

Miller-Driscoll School: All students will meet outside the library upon dismissal. Students will be met by the Continuing Education staff and instructors and will then go to the program location with their instructor. Students dismissal plan must be entered in School Dismissal Manager by 12:25 pm on the day of class. Parents, guardians and other authorized individuals are required to sign-out and pick-up their child at designated pick-up locations. Check class descriptions for end times since they vary for different programs.

Cider Mill School: The Continuing Education staff will check student attendance only at the first class of each session. For subsequent classes, it is expected students attend the program on his/her own without follow-up by our staff. Parents should remind students of their program each week and enter the students dismissal plan in School Dismissal Manager by 12:25 pm. Students should go directly to the enrichment program location upon dismissal. Parents, guardians and other authorized individuals are required to sign-out and pick-up their child at designated pick-up locations. Check class descriptions for end times since they vary for different programs.

Late Pickup Fees

Late fees will apply for students picked up after the program end time. Please understand our instructors have commitments after class. Late fees are: $20 for up to the first 15 minutes after class; plus $15 for each 15 minute increment thereafter. Due to limited staffing, early pick ups cannot be accommodated.
