Summer Program Policies & Procedures

Registration cut-off is the Thursday before classes begin. Registrations received after this date will be accepted only if there is space. A $20 late fee will apply per program.

Cancellation / Program Change Policy for All Programs

Parent-initiated cancellations will result in a WCE credit less a $35 withdrawal fee per student per class. Materials fees are non-refundable. No credit or refund will be issued 5 business days before the start of class. No credit or refund will be issued after the session begins. There are no credits for no shows. Refunds will only be issued for classes cancelled by WCE. Request to withdraw from a class must be submitted in writing to info@wiltoncontinuinged.org.

Late Pick-Up Fees

Late fees will apply for students picked up after the program end time. Please understand our instructors have commitments after class. Late fees are: $20 for up to the first 15 minutes after class; plus $15 for each 15 minute increment thereafter. Due to limited staffing, early pick ups cannot be accommodated.
