Summer Program Policies & Procedures
Registration cut-off is the Thursday before classes begin. Registrations received after this date will be accepted only if there is space. A $20 late fee will apply per program.
Cancellation / Program Change Policy for All Programs
Parent-initiated cancellations will result in a WCE credit less a $35 withdrawal fee. There are no credits for no shows or cancellations less than 10 business days before the start of the weeklong class. Refunds will only be issued for classes cancelled by WCE. Request to withdraw from a class must be submitted in writing via email to info@wiltoncontinuinged.org.
Late Pick-Up Fees
Late fees will apply for students being picked up after the program end time. Please understand our instructors have commitments after class. Late fees are: $20 for the first 15 minutes after class; $15 for each 15 minute increment thereafter.
