Weather & Closing Information

Adult Classes 

If Wilton Public Schools (WPS) are closed due to inclement weather or an emergency, Wilton Continuing Education (WCE) classes are automatically cancelled. Please check your email for a detailed message, as well as the the Wilton Public Schools website or local media for school closing information.

If WPS have a delayed opening, WCE adult classes will be held. Please check your email for any adjusted start times. If inclement weather develops in the late afternoon and you are uncertain whether classes will be held, refer to your email for a detailed message. Cancelled classes will be rescheduled based on student and instructor availability.

Kids Classes

If Wilton Public Schools (WPS) are closed or have an early dismissal due to inclement weather or an emergency, all Wilton Continuing Education (WCE) student programs are automatically cancelled. This includes Childcare, Enrichment & Activities, Music, Girls Gymnastics, and Summer Programs.

If WPS have a delayed opening, WCE Before School Childcare and Before School Enrichment & Activities are cancelled. Classes will be rescheduled at the end of the session for Enrichment & Activities.

If WPS cancels after-school activities or WCE programs are dismissed early due to inclement weather or an emergency, WCE will contact parents/guardians by text, and email.
